By creating an account or using any part of the Talented DJs platform ("Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Talented DJs is a subscription-based platform designed for professional DJs. It provides access to a curated music pool, AI-powered tools (including setlist generation, press kit creation, gig planning, and content calendars), and related features. The platform is intended solely for professional DJ use in private performances, live sets, and related promotional activities.
You must register for an account to access most features. You agree to:
Talented DJs offers Free, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@talenteddjs.com.
Music made available through the Talented DJs music pool is licensed exclusively for:
You may not redistribute, resell, broadcast, sync, or otherwise exploit pool music outside these permitted uses. Sharing your account or downloading music on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.
If you submit music or other content to the platform (e.g., via the public submission form), you represent that you own or control all rights to that content, and you grant Talented DJs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and review your submission. Submission does not guarantee inclusion in the pool.
AI tools on the platform generate content (setlists, press kit text, social media captions, etc.) based on your inputs. This content is provided as-is for your convenience. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use. Talented DJs makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of AI outputs.

All platform design, UI, branding, software, and original content created by Talented DJs are our exclusive intellectual property. Music in the pool is owned by its respective rights holders and licensed to us for distribution to subscribers. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the music pool will meet your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talented DJs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
