Talented DJs respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and submitters to do the same. This policy describes how we handle copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international frameworks.
All music made available through the Talented DJs music pool is either licensed directly from rights holders, submitted voluntarily by artists and labels, or verified to be appropriately cleared. We maintain a strict review process before any track is added to the pool. We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to valid claims.

Talented DJs maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users or submitters who are repeat infringers. We will terminate access for anyone who repeatedly submits content that infringes third-party copyright.
By submitting music to Talented DJs, you represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary for that submission. Any submission found to infringe on third-party rights will be removed immediately, and the submitter may be permanently barred from future submissions.
Filing a DMCA notice with false or misleading information is a serious matter. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including attorney fees.
